In 2020 Jon as an external consultant provided support for the project I was responsible for. During this time his duties included:
– advising in design of new internal simplified and improved IT management framework for InfoSec and Governance
– aligning new framework, document templates and other deliverables with internal quality management requirements.
– providing expert guidance in migrating into this new framework
– developing new Policies, Standards and Procedures aligned with best practices
During the project, Jon demonstrated expert knowledge in these areas and was a great asset to the team. He demonstrated a professional team-oriented approach and delivered his tasks on time and to a high standard. The project terminated as agreed once all deliverables had been met.
He was always ready to support when needed, with proactive and open-minded approach.
